Debbie Wynter, Broker & CEO started her own company, Debbie Wynter Realty “DW Realty” in 2018 because of her passion for Real Estate and dedication to her clients.

With over 10 years experience in the Real Estate industry and her knowledge of Customer Relationship, Marketing & Sales, coupled with a  commitment to creating growth for her clients, her team & herself,  have resulted in the delivery of fast returns on investments for all.

Specialized training in the areas of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Investments has resulted in a large customer network from organizations such as BPO’s, Pension funds, Private and Government Organizations.

Being a member of the Realtors Association of Jamaica (RAJ) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR)  adheres her team to a strict code of conduct and professionalism. This membership also provides the greatest level of marketing for the clients properties through the Multiple Listing System (MLS)  to include the over 1,000 other members,  Real Estate Agents and internationally on the website www. realtors.com.
